Chai
Toxins are poisons produced by an organism. Human body gets toxins from processed food environment. Chai tea helps eliminate body toxins and boosts immune system thus preventing illnesses. Since chai is a black tea, it contains more caffeine compared to other variants (green and oolong). This was traditionally sweetened with honey and milk giving it a unique taste. Other spices like cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves ginger, and pepper are also added to enhance its taste and health benefits.
