white tea

Tea has been around for centuries. Tea is known to have healthy effects. It improves a person’s well-being and particularly aids in digestion. Tea comes in different variants such as green tea, white tea, and black tea. For those who prefer to enjoy tea without the jolting effect of caffeine, there is decaffeinated tea available.

Green tea is known as the unfermented tea. It is said to be rich in antioxidants. Black tea, on the other hand, undergoes a full fermentation process. This is the most common of all the tea variants. White tea is the most delicate of all the teas and gives a light taste.
