Vitamin B-12

Many individuals right now are investing more onto their health. Exercise, diet and health supplements are becoming more and more part of the routine. People gulp down vitamins alphabetically, from vitamin A, B, C, D and so on. Vitamin B is actually broken down onto 8 types, one of which is Vitamin B-12. Lack of this vitamin can result to memory loss and cognitive disabilities and in more serious cases can also cause symptoms to mania and psychosis.

Simply enough, Vitamin B12 can be obtained through eating meat, meat products, tuna & turkey. Potatoes, bananas, lentils, beans, molasses and chili peppers are also good sources of vitamin B. Vitamin B12 unfortunately cannot be found in vegetables which was a concern for vegans. But now, with the influx of vitamin supplements, it is becoming less and less of a concern. It is now even added into energy drinks, so a bottle can actually give you your daily requirement.
