There are many options for the treatment of arthritis. One of these is the regular intake of joint supplements to help minimize symptoms. However, sufferers are cautioned when choosing joint supplements and brand. Some studies have found out that some brands fall short of what their labels claim.
In a study of eleven types of joint supplements, tests showed four of the products contain less than half of the declared amount of the ingredients. To choose the right supplements, the Arthritis Foundation recommends picking reputable brands. Avoid trying to save by buying cheaper imitations which may further endanger your health.
