Sunless tanning, though the term is not new, there are still some people who have not heard of this. They still stare in awe at celebrities and models that remain tanned all year long. Well, to those who do not know, sunless tanning is the use of chemicals to the skin to produce an effect similar to the appearance of a suntan. This process emerged since the discovery of the relation of the sun’s rays and skin cancer.
There are different solutions and techniques to get a sunless tan. There are DHA-based products, tyrosine-based products, Canthaxanthin-based products, melanotan hormone, and temporary bronzers. DHA-based products come in forms like lotions, gels, sprays, mousses, and wipes. Sprays can be done on your own or professionally in spas or salons. It can be in a spray booth or airbrush technique by using an airbrush tanning solution. Get a new look on special occasions with sunless tanning. Just make sure that your skin has fully absorbed the solution, you are all dry before wearing your clothes, you wear all safety protocols needed like goggles, and do not overexpose yourself to the sun. The tanning solution does not protect you from the sun’s harmful UV rays.

Goat milk contains lots of nutrients like fats, proteins and other hormones that naturally benefit the skin. This makes goat milk a shoo-in for soaps. Goat milk soap has a pH level similar to human skin making it a natural protective from bacterial and other infections. It has great moisturizing qualities that help rejuvenate the skin. It also sloughs off dead skin because of the alpha-hydroxy acids found in the milk.
Goat milk protein contains essential amino acids as well as vitamins A and B and minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium and phosphorus. With its natural emollients, goat milk soap can relieve dryness and leave your skin feeling silky soft. This reduces itchiness brought about by eczema, a skin condition caused by red, itchy skin patches. Goat milk soap is often recommended by dermatologists for their patients who suffer from skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema and acne. The proteins in the milk kill acne-causing bacteria.

Men do not know how hard it is to put on makeup and make it look spectacular! All the mix and match of colors and blending is not an easy task. So, it is quite exasperating to have a man NOT compliment a woman’s look.
There are some women who like putting on makeup with the intention of creating a whole new and different look like from adorable to sultry. Others only use certain makeup like eye make-up to enhance their most beautiful features. Still, there are some who prefer to put on make-up and make it look as natural as possible, maybe lightly use a makeup brush on the cheek, clear mascara on the lashes, and tinted lip gloss for the lips. Voila! A natural look! Depending on the woman’s mood, makeup will always make a woman standout from the crowd. So to men, learn to appreciate the beauty that you see when you look at a woman because it is not easy to make it look as if we woke up that way!

We think of getting a massage when we are feeling stressed out. When we feel the muscles of our body tighten up, it is time to call a masseuse or hie off to a massage salon. A massage will leave you feeling revitalized and energized. When done regularly, a massage will enhance the ability to manage stress and reduce mood swings. It improves the quality of sleep and strengthens the body so that getting sick is an infrequent occurrence.
When schedule or budget keeps you from visiting a massage salon, you can still get the benefits with a personal massager. There are several types out there. Choose from a hand held massager, heat massager or infrared massager that offers different massage techniques. Use them for specific areas that need de-stressing; use them for the whole body. Having a personal massager is like having a masseuse whenever you need him.

The fragrance of perfume adds to a person’s good grooming. Women wear perfume more than men; but more and more men are getting into the habit. Is there a proper way of wearing perfume? The best advice to perfume users is to use it sparingly. A gentle whiff of fragrance goes a long way.
The best time to apply perfume is after taking a shower when the open pores of the skin can absorb more of the fragrance. Apply the perfume or cologne to the neck, elbow and wrist; these are body parts where blood circulation is faster and the skin is warm. This helps to dispense fragrance. Choose a fragrance that will enhance your personality. And choose a perfume brand that stays on the skin longer. Cheap perfume contains a high percentage of alcohol that evaporates quickly and with it fragrance.

No one wants to grow old. Some people may not be able to understand the fear behind this idea because it is an inevitable event. Many others agree because of how they perceive aging and being old. Aging or being old is seen as being dependent. You have limited freedom, because of age, and motion, because of creaky old bones. Sometimes with age, the memory goes, too. Who would want to forget where they put their glasses all the time, right? Others are afraid that even bodily functions would go haywire.
Let’s face it. Getting old is not all it’s cracked up to be but it is inevitable. We need to learn to accept it but adapt. There may be certain things that cannot be undone but there are ways to make things a little better. For bodily functions that will eventually go haywire or incontinence, Medline disposable underwear is there to assist us. It will help us retain the dignity of not having to let everyone know that we have incontinence. There are other things that can help or ease our transition to old age.

There has been a lot of confusion about the term organic in food or personal care products. It has come to a point where certification is the only way to be assured of a truly organic product. Organic certification is intended to assure quality and prevent fraud in the production and marketing of products. As demand for organic products grow and more and more suppliers are coming into the picture, the need for assurance increases. There comes a need for third-party certification.
Certification is aimed at regulating the sale of organic products including organic food and organic body care products. There are different certification bodies with their own service marks. To consumers, these marks serve as assurance that the product is certified organic. Different bodies require different levels of certification. In general, government bodies require the least requirements to pass certification.

This has always been confusing to me. I am not always sure if I am doing the right thing. Should I ice or heat an injury? I always need to ask a nurse friend to make sure I am not adding more problems to the injury. I hope I will remember what to do after this review.
If the injury is recent (within the last 48 hours) and there is swelling, ice treatment should be used. Ice packs help minimize swelling around the injury. Minimizing the inflammation will reduce pain. Heat is useful in chronic conditions. It helps relax and loosen tissues. This can be accomplished with the use of a heating pad. A hot wet towel may be used with care to avoid burns.
