In Betweens
There are times when our kids would get hungry during the unlikely hours of the day and sometimes even at night. We need to make sure that we are able to serve them healthy food all the time and avoid any junk foods which can affect their health and weight. Junk or fast food is definitely the cause of obesity we all tend to suffer from these days.
Healthy options such as bread and homemade jam come in perfect for these instances. This is perfect for those instances when our kids would be complaining about getting hungry in between the three main meals of the day. Mothers must be particular about the food their kids get to eat. They can contribute and ensure their kids health and welfare by feeding them the right food at all times.
