Nutrition is important to everyone. But each person will have different levels of nutrition requirements. The number of calories and amount of nutrients needed will be dependent on age, sex and activity level of each person. Overweight persons should analyze their food intake to make sure that they are getting just the right amount of necessary nutrients and be able to reduce weight.

When you have a craving for ice cream, reach for a smoothie instead. Make healthy hamburgers by using lean meat and incorporating as much veggies as possible.
