Eat good to look great. Always bring several pure protein bars in your bag while you’re on the go. These make for ideal snacks as they taste delicious. Go for those that are made of real fruit as they are the most palatable.
Each protein bar contains 29g protein, 4g sugar and 0g trans fat. For best results, drink 8 fluid ounces of water or other liquid after eating. Avoid excessive consumption though as pure protein bars contains sugar alcohols that may cause gastrointestinal discomfort and may have a laxative effect.
