Because of Michael Jackson’s death, drug addiction is in the headlines again. It seems a lot of people are getting addicted to pain meds. That’s the reason why I don’t like taking medication for pain. I would rather tough it out than risk getting hooked on pain meds. For those who have a problem already, drug addiction treatment is a must.

Drug addiction treatment can be your only salvation. Some addicts can quit cold turkey but most need outside help. Fortunately, drug rehab centers are everywhere and quite effective. Drug treatment will take a couple of months to treat and a lifetime to fight. Counseling is necessary and getting outside support is also recommended.
