body detox

A regular detox diet will consist of organic food and drink, whole unprocessed food like grains and nuts, plenty of water and lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Alcohol, tobacco and caffeine are to be avoided. Fast food, cakes and pastries are a big no-no. When going through the process of body detox certain side effects such as tiredness and brain fog might be experienced. Some suggest that taking supplements such as vitamin C can lessen these undesirable side effects.

There are many diet programs that can go from the very restrictive master cleanse diet which allows only liquids such as lime or lemon juice laced with maple syrup to the very lenient plan of just keeping away from processed foods and meats for a while. Detoxifying the body presupposes that you should take cleansing foods during the process. Without saying that it is beneficial, we should mention that there are certain kits that are being offered to be taken instead of the regular raw and fresh foods. These kits contain organ cleansing formulas, parasite cleansing formulas to clean out parasites from the intestine and toxin neutralizers which are a blend of anti-oxidants designed to help protect the body during the cleansing process. Whatever detoxifying plan you decide to follow you will reap its benefits and be rewarded with improved health.
