Brazil nuts

There are many varieties of nuts to choose from. One of the most beneficial to health is Brazil nuts. These nuts are extremely nutrient-rich and are high in protein and fiber. They are nutritious and energizing snacks that contain copper, niacin, magnesium, vitamin E, and selenium. Every 100 grams of Brazil nuts have 14.3g of protein and 2.3g of fiber.
