Supporting the Back
You are in your thirties and for the first time in your life, you realize that you are getting old. You find it hard to lift the stuff that you used to carry in a cinch. You find yourself catching your breath when you climb a long flight of stairs. It now takes you about 10 minutes to walk a block when it only used to take you five. And your muscles hurt easily when doing strenuous activities.
When your problem is back pain, you need support. You can’t afford breaking your back especially when you lift a lot of things. Imagine the problems it would cause when one hurts, or worse, breaks his back. There are back belt braces that can help when carrying stuff. Used with correct body mechanics, back pain will be cushioned or avoided.
