canker sore remedy

I’m a pretty buff guy who loves full contact sports. What I hate however are canker sores. I can take most pain but canker sores are just ridiculous. They hurt like hell, especially if you have a dime size one. Plus it messes up the flavor of your favorite foods. They also take a long time to heal. Depending on the size, canker sores usually take a couple of days or up to two weeks to heal. That’s why I’m always on a lookout for good canker sore remedy.

I do a lot of boxing and mix martial arts fighting. Canker sores are a fixture in my sport. Even with mouth pieces, I still get them. Sometimes I even get them by just eating. Unconsciously, I’ll just chew and next thing I know I just bit the insides of my mouth. A canker sore remedy that I often use is salt with warm water. This will usually take care of it as long as it’s small. I also sometimes use a herbal rock used to disinfect body odor as well acts as an antiseptic for toothaches.
