Body toning exercises
There are no shortcuts in losing weight and getting fit. One has to eat right and engage in exercise to achieve his desired weight. Body toning exercises have proven to be very effective in maintaining a nice, firm body. Lots of women are surprised to find out that they could lose more weight in this type of exercise as compared to cardio workouts. They don’t even have to starve themselves to be in shape.
There are three body toning exercises that were proven to be very effective:
~Crunches – for toned abdominal muscles
~Bridge butt lift – for firmer butts
~Reverse lunges – for toning of quadriceps muscles
