dance hoop

Tired of belly dancing? Bored with kick boxing? Had enough of spinning? The trick to keeping fit is to always find something that interests you. A new fitness craze called dance hoop is slowly gaining popularity among women baby boomers. This involves dancing to what we called the hula hoop back in the 70s and 80s.

Exercising with a dance hoop enables you to strengthen your core abdominal muscles. It can also help develop balance and be a fun cardio workout as well. A dance hoop varies in weight and size.
