Cardio workouts are categorized in terms of intensity. Low intensity cardio workout approach targets body fats. That’s why this is mostly recommended by most physical fitness trainers. High intensity cardio workout is not so popular and less utilized as it can result to calorie deficit. But if done properly, this will result to faster weight loss compared to low intensity workout.
