These oils have concentrated plant extracts that are known mood enhancers. Lately, people have been paying a lot of attention to essential oils. It might be because of the New Age movement or because of holistic healing and alternative medicines.

Some of the most popular essential oils are chamomile, eucalyptus and lavender. Chamomile is known to calm, soothe and relax both mind and body. Eucalyptus is used to treat lung problems. It is also used to treat cuts. Lavender also has a calming effect. It helps people sleep.
