Energy boosters
Age creeps up slowly but surely. Before you know it, the side effects of aging are before you. Energy boosters are not always pills that you pop into your mouth after breakfast or powdered supplements that you drink before bedtime. We see a lot of these being advertised and somehow feel obligated to heed the call of the fabulously healthy looking model.
Robust energy can be the result of proper diet. A balanced diet that includes the right amount of carbohydrates, protein and fat to match our need and taken at right intervals will help a lot in keeping our bodies alert. We are advised also to drink enough water and avoid fatty foods. Other than food, there are other energy boosters. The simple washing of the face can be very refreshing. In more serious situations a power nap or a quick massage will do the trick.
