Depend briefs

Urinary incontinence is any involuntary leakage of urine. It is common in senior people and is almost always a result of an underlying medical condition. There are ways to treat urinary incontinence. Weight loss, as a result of exercise and restricted diet helps reduce episodes of incontinence. Exercising the pelvis is another way of reducing leakage. The use of absorbent underwear provides protection and allows a person suffering from urinary incontinence to live an almost normal life.

Absorbent products such as shields, undergarments, briefs and diapers are very useful in managing involuntary leakage. Depend briefs, for example, offer protection for heavy to complete loss of bladder control. They use an ultra absorbent protection material in the target zone. Leakage barriers provide a dry feeling but a wetness indicator will let the person know when he needs to change. Not only will it make the person feel comfortable, it is also easy to put on. Simply slip it on like regular underwear.
