improve memory
It is always good to have a healthy body and a healthy mind. This is the reason why we try to get the proper nutrition and get into regular exercise to help improve our general wellness. It is however normal nowadays to be forgetful so we try to seek means on how to improve memory. These methods are more often than not, fun and exciting. They usually keep us entertained while sharpening our memory.
To improve memory, several exercises are practiced and here are a few of them:~Continue learning – read, watch and participate in forums, attend workshops and seminars~Do something new regularly, say once a month~Eat healthy food that will improve your memory – foods rich in antioxidants~Engage in mind games – puzzles, chess, backgammon etc.~Participate in physical fitness exercises~Cultivate social and family relationships
