memory cards

When we are younger, we tend to take our memory for granted because it comes naturally, just like any other basic bodily functions like hearing, seeing or smelling. We travel life on autopilot until one of these precious gifts becomes compromised. In a single moment, your existence suddenly seems to turn upside down. If you have a family member suffering from Alzheimer’s or dementia, chances are, you are also affected by effects this condition has on your loved one.

Help him or her slow down memory loss. Buy or create games like memory cards with images that will stir the emotions and prompt long-buried memories into coming back. Make sure the images are big and that card sizes are bigger than regular playing cards. Also ensure there is color distinction on the prints for easier recognition.
