Shea butter lotion

Choosing the right cosmetics to use can be a little bit overwhelming. There are so many brands out there claiming to be the best and using big bucks to convince people to use them. The truth of the matter is that you never can tell which one is the best until you try them. Trying each one is really the best thing but since that is not possible personal recommendations from friends who have used the products will help. And when you find the one, stick to it.

Shea butter bears such high recommendations. This is a good thing that Africans have been using all along which the Western world is only just discovering. Shea butter lotion is being used to heal burns, sores, dermatitis and psoriasis and other skin diseases. As a cosmetic it helps to diminish wrinkles and stretch marks by moisturizing the skin and promoting cell renewal. Shea butter also contains cinnamic acid, a substance that helps protect the skin from harmful UV rays.
