Bath salts

Bath salts have been used typically in spa treatments. There are now bath salts that emit soothing fragrance when used. Not only are bath salts used for relaxation purposes, but they have also been shown to provide therapeutic benefits. Most bath salts contain magnesium sulfate and when When soaked up in bath water, these sulfates are being absorbed into the body. The presence of magnesium sulfate in the body helps to flush out toxins which results in the lowering of body’s inflammation.

Moreover, some bath salts contain phosphates. These phosphates work as exfoliants on the skin, removing dead skin and softening callouses. That is why using bath salts is a gentle way to naturally soften the skin. Bath salts containing sea salt which may also help relieve symptoms of certain skin problems like dermatitis and psoriasis.
