In this day and age of constant pressure and stress, it’s sensible to once in a while, indulge yourself. Go to a spa. Take yoga classes. Set aside a day for relaxation and pampering. Taking a break from all the chaos of daily life can be beneficial both to your mind and your body.

Here’s a suggestion, take a day off, let your machine take your calls and just relax at home. Get some candles, some aromatherapy oils and set the mood. If you have a tub, light a few candles in the bathroom, pour in some bath salts and soak your worries away. Put on some soft music and just chill. Some aromatherapy oils such as lavender and rosemary are intended for exactly this sort of occasion.
